Trina Uzee is the Executive Creative Director/UX Director of the User Experience and Design Group at Allstate Insurance Company leading a large, world-class practice. As a creative, UX and digital trailblazer–she was a UX Director in 2003 before it was a thing–Trina has led multi-agency initiatives and pioneered digital and in-store marketing, creating award-winning solutions for some of the biggest brands and agencies in the world like PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, General Mills, Merck, Kraft Foods, Whirlpool, American Airlines, eBay, Southwest Airlines, ExxonMobil, GSD&M, Tribal DDB and Digitas.

Trina is one of the too-few women in UX and Creative Leadership, but that has never been enough. In addition to her day job, Trina is a Wellbeing Champion at Allstate creating and delivering all of the mindfulness and wellbeing programs for Allstate. She is on the strategic leadership team of AWIN, the women's group at Allstate. She also started and leads the meditation practice for Allstate enterprise-wide.

Her fresh perspectives and insights have led to invitations to serve on award show panels, as well as speaking engagements at SXSW, AIGA, Society Of Digital Advertisers, SheSays Chicago, General Assembly, CIDD, Women in Wireless, numerous start-ups and at Allstate. Trina is asked to speak and moderate panels frequently on user experience, in-house UX design, women’s empowerment and confidence, mindfulness, self-care, meditation and wellbeing.

She has always been driven to create. Jewelry designer. Batik artist. Entrepreneur. Inspirational speaker. Mentor. Author. Illustrator. She wrote, illustrated and published The Because Book. She is also a wife, mom, lover of hot baths, yoga, meditation and crystals.
